I was thinking about adding something about the dosimeter but knew if I “actually” had one on me and no way to mute it the beeping would have caused me a headache so instead I included a picture of it.

With that much radiation in the air it hands down hurt the climate. In one of the links http://www.hicare.jp/en/radiation/fc36d3fb13a402fa298b330bd2857312 it talks about the damage.

I think that Gorbachev knew that he needed to have better relationships with the rest of the world because they (USSR) was losing the cold war.

I realized after your comment that I started talking about Lenin and then switched to talking about Stalin. Thanks for catching that, I definitely did not mean to include Stalin. I updated the blog to remove those parts and can’t tell if it also updated on the motherblog site.
