I enjoyed the standards you set for your future teaching duties. I think these standards would be well received, especially in higher education settings. There are so many different ways of learning and I believe having an open mind towards these different methods will only benefit a learning environment.
Being open to all questions is also useful. I have had experiences where teachers have made themselves very accessible for questions and experiences where they have not. Even if I did not have questions, I felt that knowing the teacher was always available for questions lead to a less stressful, learning friendly environment.
