Thanks for the feedback! In response to your question, I think that the Soviet Union advantages such as their ability to mobilize and industrialize rapidly allowed them to eventually prevail over Germany, despite the strength of the Germany army both tactically and operationally.

Great title and great post! The idea of a woman’s mission in life solely being to have and raise children is crazy to me, but I can’t imagine that these women after getting a taste of new freedoms (or missions) would go back to their old domestic ways without a fight.

Exactly! If I were a woman in this time period I don’t think it would be easy to go along with a party that doesn’t value my participation in politics, or in anything outside home for that matter!
