I share your frustration. I had the same experience in my University back home, and not just among students, but faculty members as well. Reading a Lit Review that was a haphazardly stitched-together copy-pasted jumble of paragraphs from a tenured faculty with a PhD was very frustrating. What, indeed, can we do to change the system? I see it your way too – that if we start with ourselves and with the people we interact with, it is a step in the right direction, no matter how small that step may be.
