Nice one Anna!
This quotes captures all that contemporary pedagogy means. I believe as an educator, we should have the mindset of wanting to learn from the student even as we deliver what we intend to deliver to them. Also educators should ensure that they practice what they want to teach in order to make it adaptable. This shows we are not going against what we hope to achieve which is to connect the dots.

Thanks for the post! I like the concept of the group and their break down on various teaching strategies used in various field. I believe it is possible for academia to adapt all these strategies gotten from Paulo Friere and Bell Hooks ideas to improve the world if there are good intentions.

Hi Ziyad,
I agree with you that teachers are to be flexible with their teaching approach. Also, their teaching approach can be in form of the instructions, strategies and so on. However, some teaching approach are not as flexible as other due to the area of specialization on which they are being used. For instance, the teaching approach in the medical field might not be as flexible as social sciences courses.

Nice one Amos!
It is so right that network learning comprises of both curriculum and non-curriculum activities and it produces a multi-dimensional, well-rounded individual complete with the skills. Also, network learning seeks to create much more, and this includes rubbing off ideas from the academic world to the non-academic world.
