What is @GEDIVT / #GediVT

“GEDI” stands for “Graduate Education Development Institute.” The soft “G” evokes the transformative power of the Jedi (see what I did there) who use the force to cultivate curiosity.

We use the Twitter handle @GEDIVT to amplify our open work and the hashtag #GediVT to share and discuss pedagogy in higher education. All are welcome to connect with the community through #GediVT.

If you “camel case” the hashtag it will be easier for people who use assistive technology to access (i.e. GediVT vs. gedivt)

    Thank you Jellie. I think being a mom helps me make good decisions for "my kids" at school. I enjoyed the Henry article and am glad our readings helped me reflect on being a human first.

    Thank you for your comment Matt. The nurse usually helps with this, but she had two other students in her office and isn't supposed to see students before 8AM. This happened on the bus so around 7:30 AM. It's good to have a witness in these situations (my AP held the bag) and we were […]
